TRANSPARENCY & TRUST
Terms of Service
A placeholder terms draft for the design prototype. These are not finalized terms for a live financial or rewards service.
Draft design copy, not legal advice or a finalized contract. A qualified reviewer must verify jurisdiction, operator details, user rights, provider terms, and operational practices before any live service.
Draft prepared for the Phase 1 prototype · 21 October 2026 · No live service
1. Prototype status
AKRAMORA Phase 1 is an interactive frontend design. All tasks, people, balances, rankings, rewards, and transactions are fictional or illustrative. No real account, partnership, approved task, reward obligation, cash transfer, or payout exists through this app.
2. Acceptance and operator details
Exploring the interface does not enroll you in a live rewards program. Before any launch, a qualified legal reviewer must identify the operator, registered address, contact channels, governing jurisdiction, enforceable acceptance mechanism, and any mandatory consumer disclosures.
3. Eligibility
The intended future audience is adults aged 18 or above, subject to local law, regional availability, and task-specific criteria. No eligibility verification occurs here. Future criteria must be published clearly and cannot be inferred from the ability to navigate this prototype.
4. Accounts and credentials
The login and sign-up forms perform browser-only validation. They do not authenticate visitors, create accounts, or store passwords. Use fictional information only. A future platform would require secure credential handling, account responsibilities, recovery procedures, and appropriate privacy protections.
5. Tasks and submissions
Task cards are fictional examples, not third-party offers. Submission previews do not upload files, contact partners, or request review. A live service would need task-specific instructions, evidence standards, review criteria, time limits, appeal procedures, and clear treatment of rejected or incomplete work.
6. Reward values and withdrawals
Every shown PKR value is illustrative, is not a balance owed, and cannot be redeemed. EasyPaisa and JazzCash are future-method design labels without active integrations or implied affiliation. Future rewards require verified rules, provider agreements, limits, availability, and published fees if applicable.
7. No deposits or income guarantees
This design provides no deposit feature, paid membership, or payment-required task access. No person is promised earnings, task availability, acceptance, or a specific reward rate. A future service must not encourage borrowing or paying to unlock participation.
8. Fair use and prohibited conduct
Future participation should require original work and honest evidence. Fraud, impersonation, duplicate accounts to exploit incentives, automated abuse, harmful content, and misuse of personal information would be prohibited under clearly defined rules. Any enforcement must be proportionate and provide suitable notice and review.
9. Intellectual property and feedback
The AKRAMORA interface and design concept are presented for prototype exploration. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners and are not endorsements. A future service must specify permitted use, rights to task content, and any necessary license for submitted work before collecting real submissions.
10. Availability and responsibility
The prototype may change, reset, or become unavailable, and local demo state may be lost. It is not production-ready for financial activity. Any future limitation of liability, warranty wording, or service-level promise must be assessed against applicable mandatory rights and may not override them.
11. Suspension, disputes, and appeals
There is no real account suspension or dispute process in this phase. Before live operation, the operator must publish transparent enforcement, correction, appeal, complaint, and dispute-resolution procedures, including legally required channels and remedies.
12. Changes and contact
This draft is dated 21 October 2026 and has no live-service effective date. Material changes to final terms must be communicated appropriately. Official business contact information is not yet supplied; the contact form here is a local UI preview and sends no message.
